Für alle, die ihre Ausbildung an der Deutschen Journalistenschule machen möchten: Das Bewerbungsverfahren für 2022 ist eröffnet, und zum Ausprobieren ist jetzt ein neuer Bildertest online.
Für den ersten Schritt des Aufnahmeverfahrens reicht es, sich in unserem Bewerbungsportal mit der E-Mail-Adresse zu registrieren und den anschließend per Mail erhaltenen Link zu verifizieren. Alle, die sich so voranmelden, werden über die nächsten Schritte im mehrstufigen Bewerbungslauf informiert.
Die 61. Lehrredaktion startet im Herbst 2022 mit der Ausbildung in München. Der praxisnahe Unterricht umfasst Print, Audio, Video und Online. Die Schülerinnen und Schüler lernen zudem Datenjournalismus und Formatentwicklung mit der Design-Thinking-Methode, produzieren Podcasts und praktizieren Social-Media-Journalismus. Zur Ausbildung gehören auch zwei Praktika, die die Schule vermittelt.
Die 45 Ausbildungsplätze an der DJS werden in einem mehrstufigen Bewerbungsverfahren vergeben. Für die Masterklassen in Kooperation mit der Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität ist unabhängig von der Fachrichtung ein Bachelor-Abschluss die Voraussetzung, für die Kompaktklasse eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder das Abitur.
Im Aufnahmeverfahren zählen vor allem Talent, aktuelles Wissen und Begeisterung für den Journalismus. Journalistische Vorerfahrung ist nützlich für die Berufswahl, aber keine zwingende Voraussetzung für eine erfolgreiche Bewerbung an der DJS. Auf der DJS-Website können Sie ausprobieren, wie Sie zum Beispiel beim Bildertest 2021 abgeschnitten hätten.
Die DJS-Ausbildung zur Redakteurin beziehungsweise zum Redakteur ist für die Studierenden kostenfrei. Bei der Finanzierung des Lebensunterhalts während der Schulzeit helfen Stipendien oder andere Förderungen. So wollen die DJS und ihre Partner erreichen, dass Menschen aus ganz unterschiedlichen Fachgebieten und Milieus in den Journalismus gehen.
